What is the process of returning/exchanging my Originate Mykonos watch?

In case you want to return your Originate wooden timepiece, either for repair or exchange, we want to make the process as easy and smooth as possible, so please contact us for more information and we will do our best to help you.

Am I responsible for shipping costs when returning a product?

When the reason of return is a manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping expenses by our preferable shipping method.
If the reason of return is any other reason other than manufacturing defects, we will kindly ask you to pay for the shipping costs.
In any case, please contact us before arranging the shipping.

When shall I expect the return/repair to take place?

Returns are usually processed within 4-7 business days after we receive your package and we will surely email you once your repair/exchange has been processed. Please keep track of your package using your tracking number in the meantime.
